  1.  Welcome to ABBREVIATOR!   ABBREVIATOR is a memory resident utility designed 
  2.  to expand user defined abbreviations into character strings up to 1,760 
  3.  characters in length.   ABBREVIATOR can enhance or add a Macro capability 
  4.  to a word processor.  It can also function as a pseudo BAT file, with the 
  5.  additional benefit of communicating to both DOS and an application system. 
  6.  ABBREVIATOR also has a DOS menu capability.

  9.      - Be sure to make a backup copy of distribution disk. 
  10.      - For a quick introduction to ABBREVIATOR follow directions in 
  11.        the file QUICK.DOC.  (Type PRINT QUICK.DOC) 
  12.      - Review the documentation in file ABBREV.DOC. 
  13.      - Use abbreviation REG to get a copy of registration form. 
  14.      - ShareWare version is restricted to 25 abbreviations.
